School Security Software

Instantly Vet Visitors Connected directly to the sex offender database in all 50 states, all US territories and all Indian territories to make sure all of the visitors we screen is current and accurate. Returning visitors can also schedule their visit for an easy sign in through our complimentary app, Nodo Visit.
Cloud-based Software Our software is entirely cloud-based, which means anyone with a web browser can access the system. We have also included safeguards along the way to ensure only specific users have the capability to print out visitor badges.
Minimal Hardware We created our solution to be easy to install and simple to use. You'll have a barcode scanner to scan the barcode on the visitor's driver's license, a webcam to take the picture of your visitor, and a printer to print the visitor's badge once they have been completely vetted.

Mobile App Support

Nodo Watch - For Educators Available in both the Apple and Android App stores, Nodo Watch is the best way for you to send alerts regarding strangers on campus, SRP statuses and get everyone on campus on the same page. Automated reports We have reports that you can download at a moment's notice but we take it one step further - have them emailed to your office staff directly everyday if you wish! No need to remember another login, it'll get sent automatically.
School Information System Integration Nodo Tech will track student late arrivals and early dismissals. If your SIS allows for two-way communication, we can even submit it on your behalf. It can't get any easier. You'll always have updated student information with approved family members for pickup. We update our database daily.
Employee Tracking If you need to track hours for employees, (for example substitutes or support staff) you're in luck. You can use our kiosk and employees can sign in quicker than they can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Reunification via Standard Response Protocol (SRP)

Parent-Student Reunification Helps facilitate an easy and quick approval for family members so that students can be released safely.
Student Tracking A student's status can be quickly updated and tracked so admin can quickly assess what's going on.
Easy Parent Updates Quick communication to parents is easy through a method they already know- SMS. Plus parents can respond back to that same text without needing to download an app.
Campus Status Live and updated maps of your campus will help you pinpoint exactly what's going on with your campus and figure out where the problem is and how to get everyone out safely.
